Standard Injection Molding

    OEMs favor plastic injection molding due to the ability to manufacture abundant plastic components with high-quality consistency. With over 50 years of experience, we have dedicated tooling engineers for our in-house designs and processing engineers to develop the most efficient process for the highest quality product. With our diversified, cross-functional team, we manufacture to our individual customer’s needs.

Twin Shot / Overmold

    Two-shot injection molding is also called dual-shot, double-shot, multi-shot, 2k, and twin-shot injection. This is the process of running different raw material resins in one press. Nifco utilizes this technology to meet the most stringent customer requirements:

Insert Molding

    Insert Molding Is shooting plastic over an object, commonly a metal ring or threaded bushings. Using robotics and bowl feeders, Nifco automates the loading of inserts for high-quality products and decreased cycle times. Welding Abilities

    Nifco has access to a variety of different techniques of welding each of which operate different functions and specific capabilities. We have trained and experienced engineers operating these different styles of welding and more:

Mold Flow

    Mold Flow is a simulation software that allows our engineers to troubleshoot problems with plastic injections. This advanced software enables the ability to address manufacturing challenges such as part warpage, cooling efficiency, and cycle time reduction.


    FEA, also known as finite element analysis, is a simulated situation that gives our engineers a mean of understanding part stress. This access allows for the optimization of our design process.
