HOW WE LIVE

Safety is non-negotiable tm

"Your mental and physical well-being is our number one priority"

A culture where Safety is Non-NegotiableTM is crucial for our organization because it ensures the well-being of our team members, fosters trust, and enhances productivity. When safety is prioritized, team members feel valued and protected, which boosts morale and reduces the risk of accidents and injuries. A safe work environment also encourages open communication and collaboration, as we are more likely to report hazards and share ideas for improvement. Moreover, a strong safety culture can lead to better compliance with regulations and standards, ultimately protecting our company from legal and financial repercussions. When We Live as if Safety is Non-NegotiableTM, we demonstrate our dedication to the health and success of our team, which in turn drives our overall growth and success.

All Nifco employees are required to complete annual safety trainings that include:

We have implemented a near miss reporting program designed to help prevent future safety incidents and maintain a secure environment for all employees. With the reporting of events that could have led to an accident but didn’t, we can identify potential hazards before they cause harm. This proactive approach helps us address safety concerns promptly, continuously improve our practices, and reduce the risk of future safety failures.

Our near miss reporting program empowers employees to contribute to a safer workplace by identifying issues that might otherwise go unnoticed. It fosters a culture of awareness, collaboration, and accountability, where everyone actively ensures their colleagues' well being and a safe work environment.
